Anaylsis Of Similar Texts

Watching this teaser trailer which lasts for 1 minute:08 seconds. This is a typical length of a teaser trailer.
The trailer immediately starts with non diegetic sound, setting the mood for the trailer to begin, once the trailer has shown an image the non diegetic sound changes to fading sounds which are in time to the change of image. There are also flashing words which has non diegetic sound put to it, which enhances what the words are saying. As you are drawn to the words  they are in highlighted yellow shining through the screen. I find this is a unconventional use of flashing words in this particular genre, as you would normally see big black/white bold letters on screen giving a sense of, straight to the point, serious wording.
As the words aren't put in a full sentence on screen you are guessing whats going to be said next.             "THE   FILM    THEY    DIDN'T   WANT   YOU   TO   SEE....."
The sentence once finished makes the viewer feel curious about what the film is actually about and the viewer becomes an interigater asking questions about the film that they want answered.
There are a lot of things going on in this trailer as the words are flashing over the images showing clips of what happens in the film.

GOOD THINGS;
viewer asking questions
flashing images
mixed up clips, guessing/ trying to put things together
BAD THINGS
to many things going on in trailer, cant see whats happening to much to take in
sound isn't that effective, as a viewer
flashing words, good idea. not in the way they used it, bright colors, not usual convention - that's what they could of been going for - unconventional way.
